Support Employee Relations research by reviewing Lotus Notes, telephone and SMS records, and other documents and data sources used in the research of ER matters. Assist during interviews as appropriate, review documents, etc. Create various reports and analyze data. Under direction from ER Manager and HR Risk Manager conduct or assist on conducting research, as appropriate.   2. Act as a liaison to business managers and partners and HR managers and partners regarding all aspects of Employee Resources, but particularly Employee Relations.   3. Work with the ER Manager and other HR persons in the organizing, setting up and evaluation of various Employee Services events.  4. Provide administrative support for the Employee Resources department by, among other things, scheduling meetings, creating agendas for meetings, procuring guest speakers, updating the team calendar, ensuring the filing system is accurate, accessible, complete and secure. Take the initiative on these and other similar functions.  5. Work with the ER Manager to prepare budgets wherever necessary.  6. Cultivate relationships with HR and business partners.  7. Liase with Third party HR consultants to ensure all statutory compliance documentation is completed within required timeline.   Skills & Qualifications:  - Strong interest in human resources, human/employment relations and HR policy.  - Strong organizational skills  - Strong analytical skills  - Ability to maintain strictest confidentiality  - Ability to prioritize and multitask  - Understanding and support of diversity   - Ability to be sensitive but objective and fair  - Confidence in relating to partners at various levels  - Excellent verbal and written communication skills  - Graduate / Post graduate with 3-4 yrs of experience in Employee grievance handling.
