Associate Consultant/Consultant/Senior Consultant - Consulting Practice - Big4 - IIM/ISB/XLRI/MDI/FMS (2-14 yrs)
This opening is for consulting practice at Big4.
Roles and Responsibility - End to end responsibility for delivery complex consulting engagements.
- Engagements can be across a wide range of topics including but not limited to corporate growth strategy, market entry strategy, new products and services strategy, project feasibility analysis, large scale program transformation etc.
- Interact with and support the larger team of business consulting, analytics, IT professionals & subject matter experts to develop tangible value proposition for the client
- Responsible for establishing a strong working relationship with clients and building add-on business for the practice
- Expected to contribute to the growth and vitality of the practice in various roles such as eminence, sales collateral development, methodology development, recruiting etc.
Desired Skills and Experience - Desired applicants should have worked in the leading consulting firms with experience in any of the following :
- Experience in digital strategy.
- Experience/ know-how of corporate finance.
- Experience across market assessment, consumer landscape, competitor assessment and business plan creation
- Preferred background: Media & Entertainment sector
Specialize in domain/subject areas:
- Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of English and excellent grasp on MS Office tools
- MBA/PGDBM/PGDM (Full Time)
- 2 to 10 years of relevant (consulting) experience
