India's top-tier Executive Search Firm seeking to hire Associate Consultants, Consultants, Lead Consultants.

Job Description :

- End to end execution of mid & senior mandates.

- Name gathering and creating suitable database of prospective candidates.

- Initiate calls to candidates as suggested by line manager.

- Fundamental mandate level research.

- Create and email snapshots of profiles to be shared with clients

- Co-ordinate line-up of interviews efficiently.

- Showcase ability to work independently with minimal guidance.

- Serve a key role in analyzing client operations and data, developing presentation and report deliverables, and presenting recommendations and facilitating decision-making processes at the client site.

- Ability to manage workload, balance multiple tasks and switch gears while maintaining priorities.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Ability to breakdown complex matters into simple ones and effectively communicate the same.

- Posses strong persuasion skills, analytical skills, project management skills.

- Develop long lasting relationships with the assigned Client counterparts.

- Maintain and share business and technical expertise with clients.

- Assist in providing on-site and off-site assessments and consulting services for a portfolio of clients.

- Serve a key role in analyzing client operations and data.

- Additionally, work cross functionally with various business units within the company from Product Management and Development to Integration's and Customer Support as we collectively work to deliver success for our customers.

Requirements :

- Bachelor- s/ Master's Degree in ( Finance/ H.R.).

- 3+ years of professional experience.

- Experienced in analyzing large data sets using Excel advanced functionality, MS Office.

- Demonstrated ability in client relationship management and project management.

- Demonstrated analytical reasoning and solution-focus problem solving skills.

- Proven ability to present effectively to multiple audiences ( people management skills).

- Ability to manage projects independently.

- Ability to drill down to the root cause of issues,think rationally and be creative in problem solving.

- Desire to learn continuously, exhibit curiosity and hunger for knowledge.

- Empathy and ownership towards the team.
