Job Description :  - Secretarial compliances of the Listed Companies and Associate Companies of the Group. Listing Agreement Compliances for the Listed Companies [Quarterly, half yearly and yearly compliances]  - Filing of Annual Returns and Annual Accounts for all the Associate Companies of the Group.Filing of Annual Accounts in XBRL mode for 11 Associate Companies of the Group including filings for Listed Companies and its subsidiaries.  - To handle various other filings w.r.t. amendment in Memorandum and Articles of Association, incorporation of Companies, change of registered office address of the company, change of name etc.  - Due Diligence Process for taking over of the Company. Prepare the Due Diligence Report.  - To handle the transaction documents pertaining to the acquisition w.r.t. Secretarial Compliances (Minutes, Share Transfer Deeds, Share Certificates etc)  - Drafting of Notices, Agenda and Minutes of the Board Meeting of the Listed Companies and other Associate Companies of the Group.  - Arranging and Conducting Board Meetings and Annual General Meeting of the Listed Companies.  - Vetting of Share Purchase and Share Subscription Agreements.  - Handle the FEMA / RBI Compliances w.r.t. Foreign Direct Investment [FDI] in Associate Companies of the Group.  - Filing of Annual Return with RBI.  - Liasioning with various government authorities (ROC, BSE etc)
