We work in the areas of Corporate Finance, Marketing, Risk management and Strategy.  Some of the prominent industries i3 Consulting serve are – banking, non banking financial services, retailing, food services, insurance, telecom, diversified industries and government.   Job purpose:  - To lead consulting projects related to developing BI and analytics strategy, roadmap development as well as drive implementation of business intelligence frameworks using the latest tools and platforms in large organizations  Key responsibilities:  - Developing and implementing business intelligence strategy in large organizations  - Working with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define business KPIs and developing the KPI framework  - Lead and develop the dimensional modeling for mid-to-large scale data warehouse environments  - Developing a monitoring and governance framework that could act as a one stop shop for tracking all core business activities of an organization  - Developing and implementing an effective BI solution end to end right from requirements gathering to solution design to implementation, including full-scale ETL solutions as per requirements  - Working with users of reporting tool to advise on best practices  - Collaborate with internal stakeholders and partner in RFP responses  Experience:  - Should have at least 5-6 years of experience in the BI/analytics domain  - Should possess knowledge of Data Warehousing, Data integration and Business Intelligence concepts, design principles, and software architecture  - Proven skills and experience in dimensional modeling for mid-to-large scale data warehouse environments  - Hands-on experience of developing ETL solutions across business processes of varying stages of BI maturity in client organizations  - Should have experience in PM & SDLC aspects for BI projects in large organizations - Req. & Analysis, Planning & Execution, Estimation, Risk Management. Should have extensive knowledge of BI and analytics frameworks  - Strong techno-managerial leadership skills. Ideal candidate should have led team of 4-5 people for at least 3 years  - Exposure to Big data technologies (Hadoop, etc) and Analytics implementation is preferable  - Should have experience in interacting with business heads and requirement gathering by speaking to senior executives  Who should avoid:  - Who are looking for a well settled and well defined job  - Who have issues with traveling onsite  Location: Noida
