Functional Title : Project Manager
Experience : 8-12 years
Qualification : Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline, MBA (desirable)
Role & Responsibilities :
- Project Management of medium to high level complexity projects. Adhere to project governance standards and delivered within stated time, cost and risk framework
- Business Analysis of medium to high level complexity projects
- Ensure stakeholder engagement and understand their needs
- Elicit requirements using various analysis techniques
- Research, analyse and draw conclusions - Formally kick-off project with a charter/PIDs & ensure ongoing communication
- Create project plan, manage & coordinate all activities of the project team and assign skilled & committed resources to the project
- Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately - Constantly identify, review and address risks & issues
- Actively review project progress adherence to schedule, resource utilization & report progress against objective to senior management
- Manage user acceptance testing and obtain UAT sign-off.
- Formal Project closure, handover and lessons learnt
- Stakeholder Engagement: Ensure timely programme reviews with stakeholders Build good relationships with stakeholders & conduct stakeholder surveys to obtain feedback. Review feedback and design plan of action
- Ensure constant sharing of best practices across the team
