Associate/AVP - Investment Banking

Position: Associate/AVP - Investment Banking

Role:

- Work on Indian PE, M&A, Debt Syndication and Debt Structuring transactions from an execution and origination standpoint

- Financial Modeling

- Preparing Pitch Books and pitching for mandates

- Execution of M&A, PE, Debt Syndication and Debt Structuring transactions

- Help the senior management team in deal origination

Requirements:

- MBA/ CA with 3-7 yrs of experience in Investment Banking/ I-Bank KPOs

- Should have extensive experience in Financial Modeling/ Preparing Pitch books and execution of Investment Banking transactions

Location: Mumbai
