Associate - Asset Structured Finance (1-3 yrs)
Position:-Associate-Asst Structured Finance,
Location:-Mumbai,
Qualification:-MBA,CA.
Job Responsibility:-
- Accountable for structuring and organizing corporate finance/project finance mandates, credit and legal appraisal, financial analysis of the proposals
- Documentation, negotiation and end-to-end execution of the debt mandates,
- Retaining all relationship with existing clients and managing existing exposure,
- Dexterously handling and rescheduling or restructuring of the existing exposure,
- Serving as a part of core restructuring team and realigning few slow moving and critical accounts and execute litigation and enforcement proceedings,
- Administering various house- keeping and day-to-day affairs for client management and ensuring strict regulatory and statutory compliance
Requirements:-
Banking/ Corporate Finance/ Investment Banking experience
Should have client relationships
Should have been part of the front office
Excellent interpersonal skill
Knowledge about Credit Analysis/ Industry
Analysis essential
Product Structuring experience
Base knowledge about legal documentation.
