Client is a unique wealth management - technology platform that helps wealth owners manage multiple asset classes, across multiple entities and advisors with a unique feature that it integrates accounting and data aggregation with complete data privacy. Nothing like this exists in the market today. It was born from the group's own single family office experience and pain, combined with expertise in engineering and technology.

Owing to the inter-dependency between spread sheets and accounting software, there is a huge gap in how wealth owners access, consume and evaluate critical information across all their investments. Client is the first of its kind solution that is built for a family office / corporate treasury and will set new benchmarks in the industry.

The development center is based in Pune, while the business team is based out of the group's Nariman Point office.

The firm is also engaging with the HNI community through its - Scoop- website which again is a first of its kind information and member exchange platform.

Job Description

- Considering client is a startup and a group of people with entrepreneurial mindsets, they are looking for potentials with similar approach and mindset.

- Work experience: 5 to 6 years in verticals like Corporate Banking wherein one has interacted with CFOs and understands pain points, challenges, customer psychology and HNI mindset.

- Understanding of the finance domain with a flair for communication, networking and customer service is key to growing the technology and digital media business of the client.

Location: Mumbai

Education:

MBA - Finance

MBA - Marketing (but well versed with finance)

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop new business by showcasing the the client's platform to their key target audience which comprises of family offices and corporate treasuries. Hence, one would meet with some of the wealthiest families and senior executives across Mumbai and would drive the company's market penetration and brand perception.

- Develop B2B relations with sales and onboarding partners who are essentially accounting firms that would act as the extended arm of the client. Defining sales process, monitoring sales targets, customer service and feedback would be key focus areas.

- Recruit and train sales managers to cater to growing demand and assist leadership team in formulating effective sales processes to replicate on a Pan India basis.

- Meet existing customers on a regular basis to ensure that the system is being effectively used and optimized. This is to ensure renewal of subscription and references to prospective customers.
