Head - Procurement and Administration   - The position will be responsible for giving leadership in the areas of Procurement, Travel operations and Office administration for the global operations of our IT Service Client. Our client currently has about 2600 people (400 are overseas) and revenues of USD 125 million. Client is a fast growing mid-sized IT services company that is looking to grow the European market in the coming years.   - This role provides strategic direction to a team of 15-20 plus professionals and will have SMEs in area of Procurement, Travel Operations and Administration in line with high performance culture across the organisation. This position will reports to the Group CFO and is expected to work with all other stake holders.  Location : Bangalore (As of Now Manyata Tech Park and will move to its own campus near Bangalore international Airport by Jan 2018 )   Responsibilities :  - Strategic leadership and expertise in the Procurement function of a Mid-Size IT company  - Bringing in new ideas, Product and Services in the areas of office infrastructure, Computing, Services etc. with an aim of optimising the overall spend  - Experience of overseeing Travel Operations, negotiation with Airlines and Hotels  - Responsible for managing and overseeing office Administration activities which will include taking care of offices, transportation, cafeteria management, managing seat inventories, Audits etc   Profile :   - 18-20 years of experience of expertise in heading Procurement function, with interest and experience in managing a Travel Operation and office administration in an IT services organisation. Ideal age profile: 38-45 yrs.   - Candidate should have a track record in giving strategic leadership in Procurement, office administration and Travel Operations, very strong on putting strong Process, good negotiation skills and   - Candidate should have - Executive presence- and be a good communicator   - Resourcefulness and orientation to get things done with alacrity   - Entrepreneurial and demonstrate ownership towards end results   - Exceptional partnership skills with line management   - Demonstrates strong influencing skills when interfacing with key leaders.
