Assistant Vice President/Vice President - Payroll - Consulting Firm (14-20 yrs)
Looking for an AVP/VP - payroll for a Consulting client
Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible for coordinating global and local Payroll requirements
- Drive transformation to improve processing, implementation of best practices, standardize processes, etc.
- Provide strategic oversight of company's payroll for all employees globally
- Partnering with local Payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of Payroll and associated tasks
- Provide Payroll subject matter expertise, project leadership, and direction to local Payroll operation teams to ensure the Payroll service is fit for purpose
Experience in Global Payroll is a must.
