- Responsible to drive TRAINING for the entire site.   - Responsible for designing of training modules.  - Induction, training and learning for a specific target audience.  - Excellent interpersonal skill, for interaction with the stakeholders, HRD heads, recruitment heads, HR Business partner.  - Drive and monitor the development and delivery of all learning solutions to ensure quality and standards are maintained at all times for all target level audiences.  - Support a proper performance management system in place to measure performance levels of the L&D team  - Ensure the learning and development needs for Center are met within the prescribed time, budget and within the parameters of the deliverables.
