Assistant Vice President - Talent Management - Financial Firm (10-15 yrs)
Hiring AVP - Talent Management with Financial Firm for Noida Location. (Shift Timings - 12 PM to 9 PM)
The role involves :
Establish and articulate Talent strategy :
- Identify different talent segments - Leadership, Operations, SME, Enabling, Front-line Leaders, Associates and establish overarching guidelines for developing talent
- Articulate broad strategy to address talent needs (Organization & Individual)
- Integrate approach to Enterprise processes (Process, Timing & tools)
- Establish /Integrate Diversity requirements into talent approach
- Establish career paths for identified critical roles
- Partner to integrate learning solutions to enable succession planning
- Partner with HRBPs in establishing, articulating and communicating talent management approach to this segment of talent pool.
Preferred Skills :
- 10+ Years of total work experience, preferably in an outsourced / off shored Industry with a specific exposure in Talent Management / OD
- Experience in complex, global companies, with matrix reporting relationship is an added advantage
- Proven hands-on experience in conceptualization, design and implementation of Talent processes
- Flexible, collaborative interpersonal style to build strong relationships and influence senior leaders
