Operations Analytics is a recently established Practice at BPO and one of the growing service lines in the company.

The Practice :

- Drive business metrics that add to the top-line and / or profitability for your business

- Develop Descriptive (reporting) through to Prescriptive Analytics, based on your company's need

- Consolidate data across functional silos, standardize, analyze and visualize to support your decision making

- We apply next-gen technology to all parts of the analytics lifecycle from data extraction to visualization & analysis

Role :

- The Practice is now looking for Senior Practice Lead to play a critical role

Role :

- The Practice is now looking for Senior Practice Lead to play a critical role in showcasing practice capability, driving revenue growth. This role is focused towards Finance & Accounts in the Analytics Practice. This role-holder would be responsible for:-

Responsibilities :

- Manage multiple engagements in the F&A practice. Conceptualize and define Business Metrics relevant to the engagements & take complete ownership for driving them

- Anchor key discussions with the clients around F&A analytics

- Build F&A analytics capabilities to expand practice footprints

- Work very closely with F&A practice to build and develop offerings and take them to market

- Participate in the advancement of company Analytics solutions

- Manage other Leads/Analyst who work on other F&A Analytics projects

- Ensures compliance to governance model and build long term relationship with stakeholders, handles and sorts out major customer escalations in order to ensure strong customer relationships and enhance business

What are we looking for in you:

Educational Requirements (Must have) :

- CA with at least 8 years of Experience, OR

- PG / Master of Business Administration, with at least 9 years, OR

- B.com with at least 12 years of Experience

Work Experience :

- Deep domain knowledge with 6-10 years of experience in Finance & Accounts Operations particularly in Accounts Receivables

- Should have done multiple analytics projects

- Client Management

- People Management (Senior Professionals)

- Collaborative skills

- Excellent Data Interpretation Skills and Strong Story Telling Skills around the Data

- Hands-On experience on any of the analytical tools (SAS, - R-, Tableau etc)

Skills :

- Technical - Advanced Excel user, at minimum working knowledge of SQL/MS Access, process modeling, understanding organization IT system landscapes, data models

- Has exposure to reporting tools & databases (SAS, SQL, Hyperion, Crystal reports, etc.).

- Exposure to latest Visualization technologies such as Tableau, Qlikview, Microstrategy, etc.

- Fluent oral and written communication skills, presentation skills, self-motivated, takes ownership, team management
