Assistant Vice President - Order To Cash - BPO

Experience: 10-15 years

- Extensive knowledge and understanding of Business Process Management and Outsourcing with experience across order management, Cash Applications, O2C.

- Order-to-Cash specialist - supporting new & existing account pursuits

- Comfortable with leading process and process improvement

- Lead a team to deliver a consistently high level of client experience

- Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects, in a tightly defined process, to tight schedules

- The role will be responsible for planning, prioritizing resource allocation, managing and balancing activities including order management execution and driving best practices in processes comprising of financial order tracking, distribution schedules, batch and shift management, work volume analytics, month-end audits and accruals, revenue/sales validations, order confirmation protocols with tracking of key SLA measurements.

- The incumbent will also be responsible for ongoing improvements to processes in his/her remit to drive operational excellence in delivery.
