- Responsible for organizing and monitoring administrative, operational and technical aspects for the smooth functioning of Pan India operations.
- Head overall provider initiatives - partnering with hospitals, diagnostic centers, physicians and clinics and other strategic alliances network management.
- Frontline client management, designing and conceptualizing innovative operation strategies for delivering quality services to clients.
- To ensure an excellent client experience across all client interactions from needs assessment through delivery and follow-up.
- Expertise in Healthcare and Insurance, firms on strategic and operational business problems across Operating Model Design, Growth Strategy, and Transformation Programs.
- Can define and execute a transformational change plan aligned with client's business strategy and context for change. Can engage stakeholders in the change journey and build commitment for change. Understands implications a new strategy will have on day to day cross-functional operations of a business.
- Can draw insights from complex financial and quantitative analysis and integrate these insights and findings across work streams and come up with overall plan to drive strategy and solution development.
- Maintaining service levels as per the industry standards, ensuring quality manpower and all audit and legal compliance.
- Vendor management and liaisoning with the finance team for billing, payments and outstanding.
- Preparing monthly MIS of business acquisition, expenses, manpower, profitability etc
- Developing robust processes to minimize internal as well as external escalations
