AVP - Marketing & Communications - only from I.T firms  - This position will be responsible for leading Integrated Marketing & Communication across all internal and external communications to support the Delivery Centers for Technology in India, working directly with the business leadership team and reporting into the India Marketing Director.  - Strategy and planning to drive an integrated approach that includes multiple marketing functions - Image, Recruitment Marketing, Internal Communications, Media Relations and Social/Digital media in support of the business objectives of the technology delivery centers in India.  - Build highly creative, unconventional and distinctive strategies from scratch that turn vision into results.  - Build focused Delivery Marketing programs - Interpret complex business strategy, technology trends, client centric innovations in technology and industry differentiators and translate them into bold, compelling and distinctive content appropriate to the audience (internal and external) and channels (media, digital, social, keynotes, video and more).  - Develop and implement strategic programs that position the technology centers in India as a preferred employer and work on internal programs in collaboration with business and HR teams to sustain and increase engagement among employees.  - Create unique and high-quality communications - experiences for the leadership team with organization's people, clients, and industry.  Criteria :  - Major experience should be in I.T Industry.  - MBA Graduate.  - Integrated Marketing Communications experience is the must.
