Assistant Vice President - Human Resource - ITeS (12-16 yrs)

Hiring AVP - HR for an ITeS client to be based out of Delhi / NCR

Key Responsibilities :

- Partner with Business Leaders to understand strategic business objectives and develop successful strategies to meet current and future employee engagement and talent management needs of the organization across centers with multiple lines of business

- Drive initiatives on Employee retention and engagement

- Serve as a liaison with various other HR teams and line of businesses

- Assess and implement opportunities and suggestions for continuous improvement

- Point of escalation for any issues managed by aligned HR Business Partners

- Design and deliver talent management and development programs.

- Continuously evolve the performance management system in terms of design and execution.

- Identify areas of improvements, evaluate options and implement design improvements

- Drive talent management projects like the Career Framework for the respective LOBs that define the overall job structure in the LOB along with defining business critical competencies

- Drive a system of defining and measuring the right organizational behaviors and integrating it to all people processes

- Build processes that enable the organization to identify measure and track employee potential.

- Collaborate with the broader People Success team to understand business requirements and design/deliver solutions

- Create buy in and socialize all talent programs globally with senior leadership of the company

- Work collaboratively with the internal teams such as L&D on various projects and keep them engaged, productive and motivated.

MBA degree or a post graduate degree in HR is a must
