Hiring for Leading Bank

Broad Areas of Work :

On-boarding :

- Ensuring high quality talent acquisition, and reinforcing practices to consolidate K as an employer of choice

- Through structured interventions, ensuring seamless on-boarding of new employees

Employee Engagement :

- Expected to keep a finger on the pulse of the assigned business units through open houses and other structured employee interactions

- Maintaining touch-points with employees across grades/ regions, through various activities - Branch visits, Meet5, Gallup Review, Knowledge Forums etc

- Responsible for driving employee engagement programs, development initiatives, retention programs and rewards & recognition frameworks

- Drive best practices and improvements to internal processes & systems

Talent Management and Development :

- Performance Management through individual KRA deployment (communication & understanding)

- Responsible for development of career management programs and tracks and ensuring implementation

- Support the annual compensation activities ensuring consistent and fair assessments

- Work with Organization Learning teams to facilitate building a talent pipeline / succession management through proven and structured interventions

Policy Deployment :

- Ensuring clear understanding and adherence of HR policies and processes amongst the assigned businesses/ functions

- Ensuring high standards of service quality, by addressing day to day queries from employees and supporting the HR operations team on aspects like documentation, audit, compliance etc.

Performance Management and Analytics :

- Work with business/ functions for decision making on aspects like employee productivity, compensation, hiring, engagement, development etc

- Providing support to business in deployment of all business related incentive schemes and contests
