We have an urgent opening with a client for the captioned role in Pune.
Responsibilitie s:
- Open cases for all inquiries and requests.
- Answer process / policy/ procedure questions and Provides HR information.
- Take ownership of caller queries and information request fulfillment within Tier 1 service parameters.
- Escalate non-transactional, production, or interpretative policy issues promptly and according to established protocols.
- Meet service level response commitments for inquiries
- Co-ordinate with HRBPs and other requestors globally to provide status on follow-through of delegated information requests
- Escalate systems / workflow performance issues to HR Service Center
- Collaborate with Team Leads and content team
- Collaborate with Team Lead / Operations Manager to review requests trending and develop client service improvement projects (e.g., knowledge base content updates, training/education of end users, improved communications, etc.)
Desired profile :
- Minimum 12 years of proven work experience
- At least 10 years of HRO environment experience
- Exhaustive knowledge of HR systems and databases
- People oriented and results driven
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
- Excellent active listening and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Aptitude for learning
- Should have track record of highlighting and implementing process improvements to increase productivity/efficiency. Six sigma certification would be an added advantage
- Strong analytical approach to solve complex problems, collate data, draw inference and present management with recommendations along with an effective action plan
- Ability to logically prioritize and multitask
- Flexible to working in a high volume and dynamic environment
- Should be comfortable with rotational shift timings
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
