Our Client is a premier education brand. They are looking to hire a AVP - HR business partner to lead and manage the entire HR processes across Delhi NCR region (Biggest circle for the business)
Job Description
Reporting directly into the Head HR, you will be responsible for:
- Lead and manage hire to retire processes, performance and strategic direction, while ensuring smooth delivery of day-to-day operations (e.g. Admin, Employee life cycle, Talent Management) for 300 employees
- Design, develop and implement Talent management framework from scratch including succession planning, talent reviews, behavioral assessment etc.) with 1 person reporting into yourself
- Ensuring timely reminders and adherence of the HR policies while managing senior business stakeholders
- Develop and implement appropriate communication processes and interventions to ensure functioning of the business units
- Ensure a proactive HR function for employee relations, employee compensation, HR policies and regulatory compliance along with governance framework
The Successful Applicant
- You should have 8-10 years of experience as a HR Business Partner in setting up and managing HR processes and strong exposure in Talent Management
- Strong at stakeholder management.
- Open to industry (except for BPO, Education, Manufacturing sector) and should have completed MBA in HR
- Should be hands on in handling HR in a lean HR structure with complete ownership
- Excellent communication skills, people management skills and charismatic personality
- Should be open to travel in Delhi/NCR
