Assistant Vice President - HR Business Partner - Captive Unit

We have an urgent opening with one of the largest captive unit. The position is based in Noida. This is an IC role and we are looking for someone who will be able to work independently, drive things to a closure, strong influencing capability, strong understanding of HR concepts and applicability.

Note: Candidates only from BPO/ KPO can apply.

This is a HRBP role.

Duties and Responsibilities :

- Have advanced understanding on company policies and processes and serve as an expert on the same

- Contribute to the development of local business plans, ensuring HR strategy is an integral element in the business strategy.

- Use human capital metrics to anticipate and identify local trends, risks and needs within the business and translate these into strategic and relevant HR deliverables, managing their deployment into the business

- Display proficient to advanced Consulting and Coaching Skills for supporting aligned Business Leaders

- Drive initiatives on Employee retention and engagement

- Be an expert on Conduct violation investigation and liaison with compliance and other stakeholders while resolving such situations

- Provide advice to managers on complex/exceptional HR issues and people decisions, managing restructuring programmes with the business and advising on complex disciplinary, grievance and tribunal actions.

- Building a resourcing continuum for critical roles

- Support the business in identifying talent needs and talent pool candidates, promoting career development, coaching and development planning within the business

- Be an SME for PfS model and coach and counsel managers and leaders on the same

- Drive and participate in certain Global and GOSS level projects

- Serve as a liaison with various other HR teams and line of businesses

- Assess and implement opportunities and suggestions for continuous improvement

- Serves as an ambassador of the brand by educating and leading others to understand why company is the employer of choice.

Skills Required :

Knowledge and Skills :

- Advanced Consulting and coaching skills

- Proficient in managing conflicts

- Proficient in promoting culture and company Brand

- Advanced understanding of policies and processes including-Terminations; Leave and Absence management; Investigations and conduct issues

- Advanced Relationship management

Minimum Exp required : 8yrs

Regular MBA is must
