Description - As a Financial Analyst you are required to develop, maintain and validate models that enable the business to project/ forecast performance under different scenarios. Analyze historical trends and understand how actual performance compares against short and long-term forecasts and targets. Identify Risks and Opportunities to business and country forecasts.

Description :

Reporting to the Head of FP&A, you shall manage a team of seasoned professionals and you shall be responsible for :

- Service Delivery of performance management and financial analysis for revenue, cost, headcount, etc. for multiple regions and various stakeholders globally

- Planning & Analysis is part of the Finance division and provides financial and related business information to the management to allow them to make informed business decisions and set key strategic goals. this includes weekly and monthly management reporting, Budgeting, Outlook & Forecasting and preparation of analysis to support the decision making

- The role provides a diverse and varied work coverage including monthly reporting, presentations, forecasting and ad hoc analysis

- Engage with global stakeholders and lead transitions of new processes

- Delivering process improvements and efficiency enhancements

- Manage risk appropriately and creating a strong control framework

- Ensure adherence to all regulatory, compliance and security requirements

Profile :

- You are a CA/MBA with 13-16 years of post-qualification experience within FP&A in a large setup

- A strong knowledge on financial analytics and process improvements in a regional/global capacity is a must for this role

- Experience in Banking/Financial Services sector with sound understanding of revenue, capital, balance sheet, cost and head
count measures is ideal

- You would have the ability to engage effectively with global stakeholders and manage & motivate large teams
