We are looking for AVP - Employment Law for Global IB Bank in Mumbai.   - Hands-on experience with independently handling matters relating to Intellectual Property Rights, Real Estate, Employment Law, Litigation including tax litigation, inter company contracts, drafting,   - Should have basic knowledge in reviewing and negotiating of commercial agreements (including working knowledge of market data issues).  - Independent liaison with the relevant business and corporate divisions.  - Provide commercially savvy legal advice on a variety of matters.  - Timely closure and senior management reporting of matters.
