Description : Opportunity to lead the customer and digital analytical capability of a large multinational bank.

Client Details :

- Our client is one of the largest global Banks with demonstrated strengths across Corporate Banking, Consumer Banking and Investment Banking. They are looking for an AVP for their Bangalore Center that would report to the VP/SVP. It will be required to drive the end to end insights and analytics to understand the digital journey of the customers.

Job Description :

While driving the complete digital analytics framework, this person will be responsible to :

- Work with the global Digital teams to align towards global metrics, global definitions, and global work streams

- Manage a team of 4-5 managers

- Direct the team on how to analyze web data, web-logs, call center information, branch interactions

- Digital/E-business and Channel Reporting and Analysis

- Increase understanding of various channels that client use. This will include building insight and tracking mechanism on how the clients use channels today and how to move them to self-service channels

- Drive the complete digital framework to understand how customers interact with various mobile and web platforms, pain points of these channels, and lead to building up the digital capabilities

Profile :

As a successful candidate you need to have :

- A strong hands-on experience in Digital and Customer level analytics with fair knowledge in one of the Consumer banking Businesses (Retail, Cards) possibly having worked on the business side or closely partnering the Business

- Hands on experience in tools like Omniture, Google analytics, SAS, Site catalyst, Omniture etc.

- Strong understanding of E-business and/or Customer segments and products

- Understanding of Consumer banking products (Cards/Retail) is preferable but not necessary

- Demonstrated strength in detailed business and financial analysis

- Strong communication (written, verbal and interpersonal) skills,

- Strategic mindset to integrate business strategy into all communications

- Track record of success in delivering high quality work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
