Position: Assistant Vice President (Corporate Sales and Insurance Solutions)
Location(s): Mumbai/ Bangalore/ Noida
Experience: 7 - 10 years in Industry
Reporting to: Vertical Head - Liability & Specialty Risk (and dotted line reporting to location head)
Principal Responsibility:
The recruitment for Liability & Specialty Risk business of the above team is essential to have a field force addressing business opportunities and to create a revenue pipeline for the vertical.
- Handling specialized insurance products like Liability Insurance - Director's & Officers Liability, Commercial General Liability, Cyber, Crime, Professional Indemnity, etc.
- Assisting and advising Customer for various types of insurance available and suitable.
- Business Development and Revenue creation
- To contribute to customer satisfaction initiatives and client management
Candidate Profile:
- Education - Graduate in any discipline. Preferably an MBA or from Insurance Institute of India
- Extensive understanding of the insurance market
- Excellent written & verbal communication and presentation skills
- Good with relationship management and should have strong relationships with clients
- Well organized
- Self-starter with - fire-in-the-belly-
- Good team player
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to perform and excel in a target-driven environment
