Assistant Vice President - Corporate Legal - IT/BFSI/KPO/Online

Our renowned client is hiring for Corporate Legal Team at AVP level.

Key Responsibilities :

- Hands on experience with independently handling matters relating to Intellectual Property Rights, Real Estate, Employment Law, Litigation including tax litigation, inter company contracts, drafting, should have basic knowledge in reviewing and negotiating of commercial agreements (including working knowledge of market data issues).

- Independent liaison with the relevant business and corporate divisions.

- Provide commercially savvy legal advice on a variety of matters.

- Timely closure and senior management reporting of matters. Experience in managing a team and multitasking.

Desired Skills :

- Should have had previous management experience.

- Strong leadership, interpersonal skills, communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks as well as prioritize time management.
