Assistant Vice President - Collections - Secured/Unsecured Loans

We are looking out for AVP - Collections for Visakhapatnam Location.

The role involves :

- Responsible for directing the activities of a defined collection function or capability to optimize Collections performance results against established objectives, while ensuring compliance with all established policies and procedures

- Will in develop and deliver against short and long range function or capability goals

- The role holder is responsible for ensuring that they are fulfilling strategic objectives at a local, regional and global level, in order to effectively deliver against internal and external stakeholder expectations

- Takes ownership for leading and directing Collections actions, priorities and performance to deliver optimum recovery rates, through the development and delivery of customer-centric, sustainable relationship capabilities
