Assistant Plant Manager ( DM / AM Level)

Qualification : BE - Chemical from NIT or any other premium College with 5+ Years of experience in chemical operation

Job Profile :

- Planning Production activities such as changeovers, shutdowns, WIP usage etc.

- Material Accounting at the end of product campaigns and month ends, and maintaining stocks in SAP.

- Maintaining all production related details such as resource usage, waste generated etc.

- Improving Process to optimize/reduce cost of product.

- Implementing Lean Manufacturing tools such as RCA, 5S, Kaizen, Pareto etc.

- Guide self and team towards ensuring zero harm to People, Plant and Environment.

- Maintaining Production documentation related to IMS and keeping them updated.

- Training and Development of team in process related matters.

- Liaising with Technical support team to ensure FTR product.

- Coordinating with Engineering/Maintenance team to ensure maximum plant availability.
