ASM ROLE :-

- Responsible for Sales & Distribution- Channel Sales

- Sales Forecasting and Inventory Management of SKUs

- Mentoring and training a sales team in Sales function and people in Depot Admin

- Designing, implementing and monitoring below the line marketing activities and trade schemes

- Competition Tracking & Market Intelligence - Working in liaison with liaison with functions such as marketing, production etc.

- Managing depot administration, working capital, logistics, company assets, dispatch etc.
