The incumbent should have around 7 years of experience in work force management with strong data analytics and presentation skills.  Job Responsibilities  Manages demand forecasts, project staff fulfillment, ongoing demand and capacity planning.  Tracking the demand & supply of FTE's on a monthly basis, such as attrition backfills, new hires, FTE's aligned to project etc. Utilization Tracking of employees.  Manages all resource management activities like demand-supply, skill repository and resource allocation.  Managing FTE demand, staffing needs fulfillment and capacity management.  Analyze and communicate the current staffing conditions and service levels in conjunction with the deliverables.  Responsible for preparing daily, weekly and monthly client and internal reports  Preparation of weekly performance / KPI reports and maintaining performance dashboards  Preparing ad-hoc analysis for management reporting and needs  Maintaining and updating trackers for ongoing programs & projects  Assisting in automating reports by designing macros and work with Managers to optimize the Team.  Supporting key strategic projects  Desired Skills:-   Proficiency in MS Excel, VBA, SQL, MS Access.  Excellent knowledge on automation (Scripting and Macros)  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and spoken)  Excellent numerical, analytical ability & presentation skills  Education - MBA
