We have an opening with a leading valuation company in Ahmedabad,   Job Description:  The candidate will be responsible for aspects of executing engagements, including data gathering, research, financial analysis, financial modeling, complex valuations, auditors responses and/or coordinating complex written and verbal materials.   We are looking for valuation professionals providing valuation services as a client deliverable with complex modeling skills as a must. Candidate should have at least 3 years of prior valuation experience, as well as combination of experience in the following areas:  - ESOP valuations  - Business combinations  - Goodwill impairment  - Embedded derivatives   - Valuation for gift and estate planning  - Monte carlo simulation   "409a", "ASC 718", "SFAS 123R", "ASC 815", "SFAS 133", "ASC 805", "SFAS 141R", "ASC 350 ","SFAS 142"   Our Company:  Based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, we have grown rapidly with an established client base in valuation and advisory work.
