Assistant Manager - U&R - B2B - Telecom (1-6 yrs)

Reports to: Product TL
Purpose of the Job:
- To conceptualize, develop and implement a comprehensive strategy/framework for customer usage & retention for Fixed line business
- Should be well versed with fixed line / wired line business
- Client interface and relationship building across West
Key Responsibility:
- Account mapping / Competition tracking
- Reactive : To identify and arrest drops on PRI / centrex /DTFS / UAN
- Proactive : To increase revenues by prioritizing traffic
- To help augmenting PRIs
- To manage healthy RMS
- To manage the health of the accounts
- Reduce ZPDs
- Incremental revenues / MOUs
- Team building and managing skillsets
