Assistant Manager - Transitions - Banking/Title Insurance - BPO (6-11 yrs)
Note : Role involves Night Shifts (Rotational)
About our client :
Our client is a leading business process and software services provider serving multiple industries with key focus on the financial services industry.
Required Skills:-
- Requires owning and managing Project Planning, Resourcing, Budgets, Implementation of the plan and execution
- Strong Project Management and Analytical skills
Additional Skills:-
- Should have managed / transitioned at least 5 - 10 processes (incl Banking/ Title Insurance), and 6-11 years of experience overall
- Should have good exposure and experience in overall Title Insurance/ Banking functions
- Should have very good verbal and written communication.
- Should be able to grasp, understand industry practices and apply same to business solutions
- Good Presentation skills, including preparing and delivering Powerpoint presentations
- Needs to have thorough understanding of Transition Methodology, various stages, Project planning etc
- Should have strong skills relevant to Service Level Benchmarking, Negotiations and Customer Relationship Building
Salary Range: 6-11 LPA
