Assistant Manager - TPA/BPM - IT (4-7 yrs)
Technical skills requirements
- Six Sigma & Black Belt certified or trained and various quality tools knowledge on deploying them on initiatives as appropriate.
- Experience and knowledge to help business team on process design and documentation; so prior experience of driving BPM projects is desirable
- Knowledge of Minitab, MSVisio and Officetools.
- Experience of Process Re-engineering, Business Process Re-engineering, Process improvement, Business process improvement.
- Should be proficient in Project Management skills (a PMP or similar certification is desirable)
- Self-starter who can work independently, displays initiative and is a problem solver. Influencing & consultative skills on driving projects with key stakeholders/clients.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Additional skills requirements
- Some knowledge on working on tools like Crystal Ball and other related tools might be useful.
- Some background invarious QMS and Assurance audits like SOC audits might be useful.
- Experience at a MNC/Service industry preferably with prior exposure to RPA projects
