Assistant Manager/Team Lead - Talent Acquisition - BFSI (2-7 yrs)

Looking for a candidate well versed in Talent Acquisition,Head haunting, Market mapping/Market Intelligence, Interntional recruitment experience, Leadership Hiring.

Experience: 2-7 years

Position open for both Assistant manager and Team lead.(IC role)

Location : Bangalore and Chennai

Also the candidate has to be flexible on working hours. Although its not a night shift job, but maybe in case of any support needed by client the working hours can change for some tenure.

Job description :

- Responsible for resume mining coupled with market research, market mapping, direct sourcing, Competitor intelligence, Organization structure and hierarchy research, heat mapping for roles ranging across all levels including VPs, SVPs, Functional heads, Business CEO, Group HRBPs.

- Support a pilot team to perform research and sourcing activities of Executive talent (Grade 5 and above)

- Expected to leverage current and relevant social media and job board channels to identify the best possible executive talent.

- Responsible to handle around 50 requistions a month; deliver a line up of around 500 candidate on a monthly basis

- The Research Specialist is responsible for executing talent identification sourcing strategies related to pipeline activities across multiple functions. This individual works in partnership with the Talent Acquisition Team to identify critical talent gaps related to specific geographic areas, functions and job grades

- The Research Specialist will conduct market research, develop competitive intelligence and aid in delivering insights and recommendations to the business

- The Research Specialist will proactively identify and recruit active and passive talent into the Group. He/She will identify, evaluate, and manage proactive sourcing plans, position specific sourcing strategies and initiatives.

- The Research Specialist will work on Market Mapping and Screening/Profiling of candidates, Head Hunting, Name Gathering,Team Mapping and Data mining through deep internet research and from various networking sites to build a robust pipeline of prospective candidates.

- Experience in social media hiring techniques is a must. Working knowledge of sites like LinkedIn, Businessweek, Insideview, Jigsaw, Xing,

- Perform Root Cause analysis of the errors and implement corrective measures

- Strong analytical skills

- Strong communication skills

- Engage effectively and be part of the team

- Develop analytical skills through dashboards, metrics, RCA and reporting model

- Develop a proactive behaviour that is aligned towards utmost customer delight, resolution.

- Opt for required available training and development programs to enhance skills that are required to perform the BAU under the approval of the Line / reporting Manager.

- Comply with the culture of escalation where required through scheduled information / report to key business and HR stakeholders

- Add value to or contribute to the knowledge repository by documenting the knowledge gained through work
