- Income Tax

-Advance tax workings.

- Preparing Income Tax computation and filing income-tax and wealth-tax returns.

- Preparation of Tax Audit report i.e. 3CA, 3 CB, 3CD and 3 CEB.

- Handling Tax and Transfer pricing Auditor

- Liaison with consultants for preparation of submission of documents for Income Tax and Transfer pricing assessment

- Drafting of Inter-Company Agreements from a transfer pricing point of view

- Responsible for compliance with International tax provisions e.g. DTAA, TRC, Form

- Non PE undertaking etc.

- Should have knowledge on Indirect taxation as well and also a flair of accounting as he will be coordinating with the team for accounting issues.
