We have been retained by a Leading Telecom Service Provider to hire Assistant Manager-Talent Acquisition. The position would be reporting to Manager-HR.  Role Purpose : To contribute to Resourcing strategy development and deliver operational support in the execution of all elements of the operational people plan for Resourcing, specifically by provision of tools and processes and industry best practice sharing in these areas.  - Talent Acquisition for specific roles   - Sourcing profiles, partnering with Business for candidate assessment & closure of active open positions.  - Agree on remuneration package with relevant stakeholders, prepare & rollout of offers   - Engagement with candidate post offer acceptance till on-boarding  - Weekly resourcing updates to relevant stakeholders for all leadership positions  - Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly dashboards to all circles to build rigor among circles  - To analyse recruitment dashboards, evaluate channel effectiveness in the organization and take appropriate measures to increase effectiveness.  - Preparing need-based specialized recruitment-related reports/presentation.  Education : MBA-Tier 1 B-School 2011-12 Pass out only.  - MBA-Tier 2 B-School- 2008-10 Pass out only  - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  - Ability to build strong working relationships in a demanding business stakeholder and internal stakeholder environment.   - Strong execution skills and high on delivery.  - Negotiation and influencing skills.  - Sound industry knowledge with reference to practices followed by other companies on campus.  - Must be a strong team contributor (to both the HR and business teams), willing to 'roll up the sleeves' and strong bias for action and results  Himanshu Joshi
