Job Description :  Position Summary including Major Challenges :  - The incumbent is required to be face of HR for the allocated Service Line for all new resource requirements. He/she would be taking care of one or more Service Lines.   - Handling lateral Recruitments for one or more Service lines (Financial Service)  - Handling Recruitment MIS preparation, Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly Dashboards  - Social Media Hiring Savy.  - To establish a robust Talent Acquisition delivery processes that meet the growing needs of business  - Ensure Talent Acquisition (Recruitment) across all levels as per the plan within budgeted cost  - Develop Talent Acquisition team with customer service orientation and align its objectives towards business  Desired Profile:  Experience :   - 5+ years post qualification experience in hiring, preferably in KPO industry (Finance)  - The incumbent should have experience in cross industry hiring (Finance)  - Experience in overall Talent Acquisition activities (Lateral Hiring)  Competencies / Skills :  - Possesses good communication skills to coordinate, resolve queries of both external and internal customers  - Team player with excellent interpersonal skills  - Self motivator, analytical and result oriented to complete task as per timelines  - Good Presentation Skills   - Willing to take Ownership  - Excellent MS-Office Skills  Interested candidate can apply or call to Megha - 9911163258
