Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition - IT/Mfg/Infra/Auto (4-9 yrs)
- Looking for female candidates having 4+ years experience in handling end to end recruitment.
- Overall management of the entire recruitment life cycle
- Ensuring timely recruitment to meet business requirements with high quality talent, and as per the defined SLAs
- Responsible for managing recruitment costs and overall recruitment budget
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements and creating Job descriptions
- Coordinating with search partners and recruitment consultants for hiring requirements
- Screening and shortlisting candidates; part of the interview panel for candidate selection
- Managing offer letters and on - boarding formalities as per company process
- Responsible for deploying the internal referral policy
- Managing internal job postings to fill positions
Salary offered: 7 - 12 LPA
