Experience: 3-6 years, a major part of which should have been with a large format directly involved in recruitment and HR operations.
Purpose Statement: Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition will be responsible for providing support in the various human resource functions, which include Talent acquisition, training and development, performance monitoring and employee counseling, talent retention, compensation & benefits, employee grievances, employee welfare etc.
