Job Description :

- Manpower Management

- Recruitment Coordination involving : arranging interviews, maintenance of resume database / uploading profiles on Hiring control tools / Taleo etc.

- Maintain and build good relationship with external clients, vendor management, identifying vendors as per the requirements .

- Maintaining Database / MIS.

- Managing end to end Joining and Exit formalities, coordinating with the concerned department for Full and Final Settlement, getting clearance, vendor bill payments and completing documentation process of the candidates
