Assistant Manager - Supply Chain - FMCG (3-5 yrs)
GENERAL SUMMARY:
As a supply chain manager would plan, coordinate and monitor the transfer of goods and materials from manufacturers and suppliers all the way through to cafes. You might oversee the whole process from beginning to end or you may work in part of the Chain.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- In depth Process understanding of Procurement Process.
- Proven reporting, analytical and research skills.
- Ensure requisitions are raised correctly and are complete and ready for the approval process.
- Monitor requisitions during the approval process, providing status to requesting associates, if requested.
- Should have the ability to understand the business requirements and respond to the users/ vendors/ other stakeholders appropriately.
- Upon approval of requisitions and execution of contracts, ensure Purchase Orders are being tracked for invoice submissions. Timely closure of Purchase Orders post services have been fully received and invoiced.
- Manage effectively the existing vendors and supplier and cultivate new supply vendors.
- Control spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.
Job Requirement :
- Proven working experience as a procurement manager or procurement officer, preferably in F&B segment
Salary offered: 5 - 10 LPA
