Job Description - PFB the Job Description :

- The opportunity is for a Change Management Learning and Consultant. The individual should be prepared to work in a dynamic and flexible environment and changing requirements with frequent client interactions.

- The individual must understand the importance of designing and delivering appropriate Learning systems / performance support tools in the context of large change program or a workforce transformation initiative.

Key Responsibilities :

- Experience in Stakeholder Engagement, Communication Planning, Change Measurement (Change Readiness/Surveys, Business Readiness).

- Additional experience in Organization Design/Culture and Change Diagnostics/Analytics areas would be beneficial

- Apply structured global change management methodology and lead change management activities

- Create change management strategy, change plan and responsible for delivering all change management interventions.

- Working with stakeholders to create awareness, engagement and realize the benefits of change

- Integrate change management activities into overall project plan.

- Complete stakeholder mapping/analysis along with change agent and support change agent in implementing action plan to mitigate risks.

- Responsible for performing change readiness assessment to gauge the current level of stakeholders

- Understand the business problem, learner profile, evaluation methodology to implement in the proposed learning solution

- Support execution of change activities for global region, across sites as necessary

- Work along with the client account team to understand and take forward the solution approach and design to development and execution phase

- Work through the phases of design and development

- Identification of Training Gap Analysis

- Develop storyboards and prepare material for Instructor led workshops, Train the Trainer etc

- Co-ordinate with learning plan / schedules etc

- Intermediate level Excel skills
