The client is a well known Consulting Group offering India entry solutions to MNC clients looking at expanding into India, guiding them right from conceptualisation to implementation.   - Additional services such as acquisitions and joint ventures, transaction support and project management, international tax and transfer pricing, and risk management are also provided  Role specs:  - Primarily responsible for compliance of various provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, rules there under and FEMA etc.  - Preparation and Review of various documents prepared under Companies Act, 2013 and FEMA   - Spotting of issues/ non-compliance etc and suggesting solution on the same  - Tracking & Monitoring various statutory and non-statutory due dates  - Expected to undertake client meetings for relationship, marketing and sales  Candidate specs:   - Completed Company Secretary course  - Should be from Consulting background  - Candidates with degree in Law will be preferable  - Knowledge of FEMA compliances  - Should be from a consulting background with strong experience in FEMA  Education Qualification: CS [with LLB preferred]  Location: Pune
