Job Position : Assistant Manager-SAP-IT

Location : Mumbai

Experience : 6-8 Years

Role Overview :

- Incumbent will provide functional expertise on SAP FI and SAP CO modules. Manage day to day operations, change requests and partner SLA's.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the FI and CO module. Work closely with business leaders to understand and analyse requirements, propose designs, develop specifications, Configure solution, ensure realization and provide go live support.

- Execute testing processes to deliver error/ issue free solutions to business.

- Conduct end-user trainings to ensure maximum adoption and usage.

- Carry out continuous process improvement by Identifying non value add/ obsolete process in each business functions and ensures lean efficient processes.

- Leverage latest technology developments to provide cutting-edge solutions to business .

- Liaise with other consultants and partners to deliver a unified technology experience to customers.

- Conduct periodic review of the IT solutions for performance effectiveness for SAP modules.

- Execute projects with adherence to project timeline and quality benchmarks.

- Maintaining partner relationship, manage partner SLA's.

Skills required :

- Experience in implementation and support of SAP FI & CO modules (6-8 years experience) - GL, AP, AR, IO, Asset Accounting, CCA, PCA, IM

- Good knowledge on cross-module and cross-system integrations

Educational Qualifications / Other Requirements :

- Bachelor's Degree/MBA

- Candidate should have 5-8 years of experience

- Should be very organized with a sense of goal achievement

- Should be proactive and show initiative to go beyond defined work deliverables

- Strong communication and articulation skills

- Good interpersonal skill

- Strong will to success and overcome challenges

- Good Attitude and Team Player

- Self-driven and independent
