Role: Assistant Manager
Job Summary:
The basic purpose of this role is to ensure sales of entire product range by assisting the Sales Management and guiding the BDEs in their functioning
Job Details:
- To identify and create business opportunities in industry verticals and promote the entire range of products and service offerings
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails;
- Responsible for ensuring exceptional Customer Service and Account Maintenance and thereby retaining the customers
- Attend to customer complaints immediately and try resolving them on priority basis
- Assist in developing, communicating and driving the Sales Strategy down the line and thereby ensuring that the whole team is aligned to sales strategy of the business
- Assisting and guiding the BDEs in their functioning
- To ensure timely execution & collection of payments from time to time
- Acquire complete/in-depth product knowledge of all products and services
- Number, value and income target achievement
- Ensure timely maintenance of reports and feedback on status arising out of received leads
Desired Skills:
- Proven track record in direct/corporate sales
- Good Communication and presentation skills
- Interpersonal skills and Professional Demeanor
- Ability to self-motivate and multi-task and work independently or within a team
- Pleasing personality with high confidence level
Desired Experience: 3 years - 4 years
Salary offered: 13+ LPA
