Job Description :
- Identifying/networking with financially strong and reliable dealers/channel partners, resulting in market penetration. Ensuring cost effective logistic operations & ascertain sufficient inventory levels at each sales outlet/ distribution channel
- Scheduling Quality Training Programmes & Special Trainings for the Distributors/Dealers/Key Architects, Builders and contractors.
- Maximizing reach through new dealer appointment and improving product visibility through innovative merchandising at retail points.
- Implementing pre & post marketing activities for successful launching of new products, Ranges as well as the existing products. Handling brand promotion,Merchandising & advertising.
- Planning, Meeting, Demonstration & finalizing the product for major Projects.
- Expanding the dealer infrastructure & appoint new dealers/stockiest in untapped market. Product Launches / Promotions/Branding/display & Visual merchandising.
- Conceptualizing marketing activities for successful launching of New Products.
Candidate Requirement :
- MBA Preferred
- From : Building Material Industry / Consumer Durable / FMCG
- Should be from Local Bangalore / Karnataka only
- No to Relocation candidates
