Managing dealer network to achieve sales growth expected from them
- Monitoring dealer level performance for the complete network balancing
- Conducting promotional activities at dealer and customer level
- Expanding the network and reach of the brand by opening new dealers
- Making short term as well as long term plans for existing product portfolio and for the new products which are to be launched
- Informing, educating and motivating dealers about products and services offered by the company to ensure their profitability.
- Maintaining collection efficiency by ensuring timely payment
- Handling product complaints by visiting sites and providing appropriate solution
- Providing services such as sampling, foresite to end users
- Demand generation activities like visiting new sites, understanding the need of the customer and satisfying the customer by fulfilling the customer by offering products and services of the company
- Relationship building with dealers and distributors

MBA : Full Time
