Responsible for the sales and TM&D operations for FMCG business in a Branch. Lead and motivate the team through category expertise and ensure achievement of Branch and sales objectives in coordination with Regional Sales Manager (RSM), Category

4. SBU Interface

5. Category expertise

6. Customer Relationship & Customer Development

7. Strategic Cost Management

10. Code of conduct & statutory compliance

11. Systems / processes / work practices

Systems / processes / work practices:

- Drive implementation of IT & Customer Information Systems

- Ensuring implementation of TM&D systems across the Branch for Category Team.

- Identification & adaptation of Best practices

Educational Qualification B.Tech + MBA (from premier B School) with 1 - 3 years of relevant experience
